某煤矿主井井架由于提升能力的增加,引起井架构件受力增大,导致安全性能降低。针对该井架具体情况,应用Ansys有限元软件,建立三维有限元模型,对其增大提升能力前后的构件应力进行了对比分析;通过增大提升能力前后不同荷载下的构件应力对比,对增大提升能力后的井架的运行状况做出预估与分析。通过处理后的数据结果分析可知,在原提升荷载和新提升荷载下,井架工作时较原设计平均应力增加不大,但局部构件相对应力增加幅度过大,局部需做加强处理。

he security of one main well headframe will be reduced due to more load. The FE package program, Ansys, was employed to establish a three-dimensional model and study the members' stress in the new and original load conditions. Based on the members' stress in the new and original load conditions, the evaluation and analysis on the actual state of headframe was obtained. According to the calculated results of finite element method in the new and original load conditions, average stress increase is not too much, but some members' stress increased significantly, which need to be strengthened.
