我国现阶段,煤在铁路运输中一般都采用敞车运输。煤炭运输过程中,由于路基、道岔和路轨设施造成的颠簸,再加上风力作用等各种原因使车辆中煤炭表面的煤散落地面,不但导致了煤炭损失和煤尘污染,而且还会给铁路运输带来严重的安全事故和隐患。正是由于煤炭铁路运输中煤散落导致了诸多问题的产生,所以必须从防止煤的散落这一根源入手。可以使用多种防止煤散落的办法,如:机械加盖法、蓬布遮盖法、喷淋抑尘剂法等。比较新颖和有效的粉尘防治方法之一是化学抑尘剂的开发和应用,而且该方法自出现以来一直得到不断创新和发展。本论文就是将化学抑尘技术应用于煤炭扬尘控制领域中。本论文的主要工作就是研制一种合适的抑尘剂,通过喷淋的方式喷洒到煤炭表面,减少煤炭在运输过程中的扬尘损失并减少污染。本实验研究了丙烯酸接枝改性木质素磺酸盐型抑尘剂,确定了该抑尘剂的制备工艺,使用量,使用条件,并对该抑尘剂对煤炭质量的影响进行了分析,确定了该抑尘剂不仅具有经济效益还具有环境效益。

Nowadays,the coal transportation of the railway generally used the flatcar in China.Because the jolting which the roadbed,the rail switch and the rail facility created,in addition the wind action and so on each kind of reason enabled in the vehicles the coal surface layer coal to scatter the ground,which not only led to the loss of coal and coal dust pollution,but also to the rail transport have serious safety incidents and hidden dangers.There were many wanys to prevent the coal scatters,for example:The machinery capping,the canvas cover,sprays the dust suppression and so on.Chemistry dust suppression is one of the most effective way to dust prevention and it was developing since had appeared.My thesis was to apply chemistry dust suppression technology in the coal dust control domain. The prime task of my thesis was to develop one kind of appropriate dust suppression,which could reduce the coal loss in the transportation through the way that sprayed the dust suppression to cover the coal surface.We decided to synthesize lignosulfonate grafted acrylic dust inhibitor,the acrylic acid modified lignosulfonate from dust suppression preparation craft,the dosage,the exploitation condition was determined according to several field experiments.The dust suppression not only had the economic efficiency also had the environment benefit.
