基于G.729的VoIP系统设计

his article narrated a design about VoIP system which based on G.729 coding algorithm and the RTP protocol, has realized the functions of transmitting the live pronunciation data and the video frequency picture in the network.The design process were described from different functional module,then the main code of audio frequency connection and the termination, the video frequency connection and the termination and so on were analyzed. Finally,the software testing result was showed. The result showed that the entire design can make the real-time pronunciation video communication come ture basically and the pronunciation and picture quality were good.
