铝/镁异种合金间搅拌摩擦焊接头力学性能影响因素
Factors which Affect Mechanical Behavior of Joint on Al/Mg FSW
通过改变铝/镁搅拌摩擦焊接中搅拌头偏移量大小,控制铝/镁材料的混合程度,并通过改变原始接合面和水平面夹角,改变焊核区铝镁界面形状,进而探究影响接头强度的因素。结果表明:原始界面的破坏和大变形是形成良好界面结合的必要条件,但是也易于导致铝/镁过度混合反应,产生大量脆性金属间化合物。因此要实现高强度的铝/镁接头,需实现界面大变形的同时,限制铝/镁的混合与反应。
he morphology of Al/Mg interface is controlled by the tool offset, which can result in the differentiation of Al/Mg intermixing during friction stir welding (FSW). During this process, the mechanical behavior can be greatly affected by the following two factors: tool offset and welding configuration. It shows that interface is the place by which the joint efficiency is greatly affected. The sufficient deformation of interface is required for the formation of strong solid bonding. On the other hand, overreaction caused by over-intermix will contribute to the formation of bulk intermetallics, which will lower the joint efficiency greatly. Therefore, sufficient deformation of the interface is required while the intermixing of Al/Mg should be well controlled to achieve high strength bonding.
