环境分析法之：P5S图
P5S Diagram: A New Tool for Environmental Analysis
时下PEST、五力法及 SWOT是最常用的环境分析法。然而，这三种方法互有重叠。因此，笔者提出P5S图，是把三者结合。让环境分析更为精简，一目了然。这P5S图以 SWOT的内外环境划分两大类因素，减少外围因素重复的部分，是环境分析法的一大进步。
PEST, Porter’s 5-Force Analysis and SWOT are popular tools for environmental analysis. However, when using the aforesaid tools, we keep analyzing the overlapped factors again and again. In order to be more efficient, the author proposes a new tool called, P5S Diagram, which has merged the essence of these tools into one.
