录井测量软件中大钩高度的计算与校正

The Calculation and Correction of Hook Height in Well Logging Software

在录井测量软件中,录井测量数据的计算是其中非常重要的一个环节。常用的录井测量数据包括大钩高度、钻头深度、井深、迟到时间、迟到井深、钻压和钻时等。在这些录井测量参数中,大钩高度的计算不但是井深计算的基础,也与很多录井参数的计算关系密切,因此是十分重要的一个参数。本文通过对钻井吊升系统的物理结构的分析,建立并讨论了一种大钩高度的计算模型,根据模型推导出了大钩高度和井深的计算公式,同时对计算模型中的误差做了分析,并给出了校正方案。经实践证明,该模型完全能够准确计算大钩高度,在录井工程中得到了较好的应用。

In well logging software, the calculation of well logging metrical data is an important step. The common well logging metrical data include: hook height, bit position, well depth, lag time, lag depth, bit weight, drilling time and so on. Among these parameters, the calculation of hook height is not only the base of the calculation of well depth, but also in close relations to many other parameters, so it is a very important parameter. In this paper, according to the analysis of physical composition of the lift system for well drilling, the computation module of hook height was built and discussed, the computing formula of hook height and well depth was derived. Meanwhile, this paper made error analysis for the computation module and provided the correction method. Field application proved that this module can precisely calculate hook height and find a better application in the well logging engineering.
