聚氨酯发泡制备保温材料的研究
Study on the Preparation of Thermal Insulation Materials by Polyurethane Foaming
为了提高沙柳的利用价值,本文通过对催化剂、成核剂和异氰酸酯的调节使全水发泡反应中凝胶反应和发泡反应达到平衡,制备优良的保温材料。结果表明:催化剂辛酸亚锡用量6%、成核剂CaCO3用量4%、异氰酸酯用量100%的情况下,泡沫材料的密度和保温材料的力学性能都达到最佳值,此时泡沫材料的密度为113.445 kg/m3,保温材料的抗压强度为6.987 Mpa,材料的抗压强度和密度均满足墙体材料的要求。
In order to improve the utilization value of Salix, the foaming reaction so that all water-gel reaction and foaming reaction to reach equilibrium, the excellent thermal insulation material was prepared by the regulation of the catalyst, a nucleating agent and an isocyanate. By experiment we know that the amount of stannous octoate catalyst 6%, 4% of the amount of nucleating agent CaCO3, and the case of 100% of the amount of isocyanate, the density of the foam material and the mechanical properties of the insulation material to achieve the best value.
