he principles of 2D 5/3 and 9/7 wavelet transform based on lifting scheme is discussed in this paper. MATLAB is adopted to simulate the algorithm. A 2D forward and inverse 5/3 and 9/7 wavelet transform based on lifting scheme of image is realized on floating-point DSP TMS320C6713B. The experimental results verified the validity of the method.
