大学生创业能力问卷的编制及其现状研究

It is usually said that the key to successful entrepreneurship is entrepreneurs' competencies. This paper prepared an "Entrepreneurs' Competencies Questionnaire for College Students" by literature analysis and empirical investigation. The questionnaire was suitable enough for college students' actual situation and can be a tool to investigate college students' entrepreneurs' competencies since it had been exactly tested by item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test and validity test. With the applying of the questionnaire on a survey of 400 college students in Zhe Jiang, it had been indicated that, the entrepreneurs' competencies on college students were not very high in general; the entrepreneurs' competencies on males were higher than those on females; the distinction of the entrepreneurs' competencies on college students was not very significant in the family origin variables whereas it was significantly different in grades and professional variables.
