近年来,由于荧光分子探针具有灵敏度高、检测速度快、检测限低和操作简便等优点,有关各种金属离子的荧光探针已有很多报道。8-羟基喹啉衍生物具有较强的金属配位能力、独特的光学性质及良好的生物相容性,在金属离子荧光检测方面有着极大的应用潜力。因此,设计8-羟基喹啉衍生物金属离子荧光探针,并探究其光学性质及作用机理,对金属离子检测、生物荧光成像等方面具有很大的潜在应用价值。本文综述了近年来8-羟基喹啉衍生物作为金属离子荧光探针的研究进展。

In recent years, while metal ion fluorescent probes have the advantage of high sensitivity, instantaneous response, low detection limit, and convenient operation, a large amount of fluorescent probes have been developed for various metal ions. Compounds derived from 8-hydroxyquinoline have some excellent properties such as good metal coordinating ability, unique fluorescence properties and excellent biocompatibility, which are of great potential application value in the fluorescence detection of metal ions. Therefore, it is also of great potential application value in the detection of metal ions, biological fluorescence imaging and so on to design compounds based on 8-hydroxyquinoline derivatives. This review introduces and summaries the research progress of 8-hydroxyquinoline derivatives as metal ion fluorescent probes.
