盾构隧道DRC管片的力学模型研究

复合管片已用于深长大、断面多样化的地铁、地下公路、地下人行通道和地下蓄水池等盾构隧道,但因其结构形式复杂而存在力学机理不明确,设计模型及关键参数的选取不合理等问题。与密闭复合管片相比,无背面板的DRC管片其力学性能存在差异。本文综合考虑约束效果、界面滑移和刚度折减的基础上提出了DRC管片的力学结构模型。该方法能够求解复合管片的多材质、多尺度耦合问题,同时因其具有易收敛、精度高和物理意义明确的特点而便于设计计算使用。

he composite segment has been used in the deep, long large, and multi-cross-section shield tunnels of the subway, underground road, underground pedestrian passage and underground reservoir, etc. However, the mechanical behaviors of the composite segment are not clarified because the structural type is complicated, and the selected structure model and parameters are not reasonable. Compared with the closed-composite segment, DRC segment without top skin plate has quite different mechanical performance since the skin plate plays a significant role in closed-composite segment. Considering confined effect, interface slip and a stiffness reduction method was proposed to establish the structural model of 5-face composite segment in this paper. The proposed method can be used to solve the coupling of multi-material and multi-scale, and are suitable for a rational design of the composite segment because of improving the convergence of computations and having high precision and clear physical significance.
