摘要

[目的]提出药学学科建设与生物医药产业创新联动发展的实现路径。 [方法] 根据学科建设的一般原理,分析当前我国生物医药产业发展的态势,结合温州医科大学的实践案例,进行理论概括。 [结果]围绕特色学科方向和产业需求打造学科高峰,是实现学科产业联动的突破口;形成与创新链同构共生的人才培养与发展体系是学科产业联动的基础;多主体创新是学科产业联动的主要内容;体制机制改革完善是实现学科产业联动的重要保障。 [局限] 对于生物医药产业创新生态的分析有待进一步深入。 [结论]学科与产业联动,是高校一流学科建设的战略选择,药学学科建设具有代表性。

Abstract

[Objective] Make recommendations of linkage development of the construction of pharmacy discipline and the biomedical industry. [Methods] According to the general principle of discipline construction, analyze the current development trend of China's biomedical industry, and make theoretical summary based on the practice cases of Wenzhou Medical University. [Results] Building discipline peaks around the direction of characteristic disciplines and industrial needs is a breakthrough to realize the linkage of disciplines and industries; The formation of a talent training and development system that is isomorphic and symbiotic with the innovation chain is the basis for the linkage of disciplines and industries; Multi-subject innovation is the main content of discipline-industry linkage; The reform and improvement of the system and mechanism is an important guarantee for the realization of discipline-industry linkage. [Limitations] The analysis of the innovation ecology of the biomedical industry needs to be further deepened. [Conclusions] The linkage between disciplines and industry is a strategic choice for the construction of first-class disciplines in universities, and the construction of disciplines is representative.
