针对目前尿素泡沫辅助蒸汽驱对稠油油藏的适应性研究的不足,以河南油田CJ稠油区块储层参数为研究对象,利用尿素泡沫辅助蒸汽驱的三维物理模拟实验,通过控制变量法,研究了油藏压力、含油饱和度、油层厚度和原油黏度对尿素泡沫辅助蒸汽驱采出程度的影响,得出尿素泡沫辅助蒸汽驱适用的范围为:适当的油藏压力(3.5 MPa为最佳),含油饱和度大于51%,较厚的油层(实验中大于15 cm),原油黏度小于30000 mPa?s。利用实验结果研究CJ稠油区块某一井组5口井进行尿素泡沫辅助蒸汽驱的先导试验,结果取得了明显的经济效益。室内实验及油田现场应用证明,尿素泡沫辅助蒸汽驱是稠油开发的一项可行性技术。

iming at the lack of the reservoir applicability of carbamide and foaming agent assisted steam flooding (CFAAS), a series of CFAAS experiments were conducted with the 3-D physical simulation by control-variable-method to study the effect of reservoir pressure, oil saturation, oil layer thickness and oil viscosity on CFAAS recovery, the following conclusions of CFAAS applicable ranges were derived: a proper reservoir pressure (3.5MPa is the best), an oil saturation larger than 51%, a thick oil layer (thicker than 15cm in the experiments), an oil viscosity less than 30000mPa?s. Using the experimental results on a heavy oil block, a five spot pattern of CFAAS test was performed and an obvious economic benefit was obtained. Laboratory experiments and field application have proven that CFAAS is a feasibility technology of heavy oil development.
