关于电化学还原四氯化硅的研究

四氯化硅是西门子法制备多晶硅时产生的副产物,会造成严重的环境污染,危害人们的身体健康。近年来,随着多晶硅产业的迅猛发展,四氯化硅的危害进一步显现,成为制约多晶硅产业发展的“瓶颈”。近几年有人研究用电化学方法处理四氯化硅。本文在前人工作基础上,以钛镍铌合金为工作电极,用循环伏安法测定了四氯化硅的还原电位,在非水溶液中利用电化学方法还原四氯化硅,并用SEM及EDS对所得样品进行了表征。

s one of the substances during preparation of polysilicon using the Simens, silicon tetrachloride causes se ious pollution and is harmful for human health. With the rapid development of polysilicon industry in recent years, perniciousness of silicon tetrachloride has become even further evident, thus becoming the “bottle neck” for the development of the polysilicon industry. In recent years, some researchers have studied on electrochemical reduction of silicon chloride. In this paper, with alloy of titanium, nickel and niobium as the working electrode, we revert the silicon tetrachloride into silicon which deposits on the working electrode in nonaqueous solvent, and then character the sample through SEM and EDS.
