软件定义网络(SDN)将控制与转发分离,使用控制器集中式地管理网络,控制器的部署方案直接影响控制平面处理网络事件的能力。针对层次式多控制器部署问题,以最小化交换机平均请求时延为目标设计了多控制器部署算法,使用聚类的方法确定控制器的控制区域,并借助遗传算法求解最佳控制器位置。仿真结果表明该算法能够获得较小的层次式控制架构中的交换机平均请求时延。

Software Defined Networking(SDN) decouples the control plane from the data plane and provide logically centralized control through controller. The controller placement directly impacts performance of control plane which responsible for handing the network events. In this paper, an algorithm is proposed to minimize the average switch request latency in hierarchical multi-controller placement. The proposed algorithm introduces the clustering method to partition the network and uses genetic-based algorithm to find the best controller placement. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can remarkably reduce the average switch request latency compared with other traditional methods.
