摘 要:本文通过研究配伍十八碳二、三烯酸对造高脂血症大鼠的降血脂作用,对两种必需脂肪酸的应用比例进行了筛选,找到了较为合适的配伍比例。试验采用的方法是首先用高脂乳剂饲喂大鼠,建立造高脂血症模型,再将红花油分别以20%、40%、60%比例与79%、59%、39%混合十八碳二、三烯酸及1%的维生素E组成不同比例胶囊液,给予模型大鼠每种配方三个剂量进行干预,以深海鱼油为阳性对照药,以血清中甘油三酯(TG),胆固醇(CH),高密度脂蛋白(HDLC),低密度脂蛋白(LDLC)的水平作评价指标,欲找出最佳合理配方。试验结果证实了基础药效学研究的有效性,40%红花油与59%混合十八碳二、三烯酸及1%的维生素E组成的配方降血脂效果最好。与高脂模型组相比,深海鱼油组仅TG降低,且差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);红花油20%、40%、60%组方小、中、大三个剂量组均降低TG,差异有统计学意义(p﹤0.01),各比例配方和各对应剂量间,差异无统计学意义(p﹥0.05); 40%红花油配方组大剂量即可降低TG也可降低CHOL和 LDLC, 差异有统计学意义(p﹤0.01)。 实验结果证明了方法的有效性。

his paper provides the best Compatibility of octadecadienioc acid and elaeostearic acid.. It has been established that high blood fat big mice model and combined the Safflower Seed Oil with mixture of octadecadienioc acid and elaeostearic acid by the proportion of 20%、40%、60% to 79%、59%、39%, in addition of 1%Vitamine E. give three dosages to the high blood fat big mice in the experiment and deep sea fish oil as control drug. Triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(CH), low density lipoprotein(LDLC), high density lipoprotein(HDLC) were used examining standard. The result of the study indicates that combining 40% sallower seed oil with 59% mixture of octadecadienoic acid and elaeosteric acid is the best compatibility of medicine to compare with high blood fat group. At the same time, deep sea fish group decrease TG and has statistics significant(p< 0.01). Three groups of the compatibility of medicine (large group, middle group, small group) decrease TG too and significant statistic (p< 0.01). th
