直齿锥齿轮冷摆辗温度场有限元分析

本文采用三维有限元软件DEFORM-3D模拟了直齿锥齿轮冷摆辗成形及其温度场,对比分析忽略温度影响下摆辗成形模拟结果,并对摆头进给速度、摩擦系数等成形工艺参数对温度在工件和模具中的分布规律和影响进行了研究。模拟结果表明,齿轮成形工艺参数的变化会影响温度的大小和分布,温度的变化将影响工件的成形精度。
In this paper three-dimensional FEM software DEFORM-3D is used to simulate the forming of cold rotary roll and its temperature, comparative analyzing the simulation results of rotary roll without the influence of temperature, the influence of forming technology parameters such as rocker velocity and friction coefficient on temperature distribution in the component and the die is investigated. The simulation results indicate that the change of gear forming technology parameters will affect the size and the distribution of temperature, the change of temperature will affect the forming accuracy of the component.
