基于训练序列的符号同步的FPGA实现及改进
he FPGA Implementation and Improvement of Symbol Synchronization Based on Training Sequence
符号同步对OFDM和DMT等多载波调制系统至关重要,符号定时位置错误,会导致符号间串扰和子载波间串扰。本文讨论了有线系统中基于训练序列的符号同步的FPGA实现,并根据实际调试过程中遇到的问题,对符号同步的峰值查找模块进行改进,提出了周期检测、限时周期检测和限时周期偏移检测三种算法,并在Xilinx公司的FPGA芯片Spartan3平台上实现。在双绞线环境下进行实测,结果表明改进的算法提高了符号同步的准确性和鲁棒性。
Symbol synchronization is very important for multi-carrier modulation systems such as OFDM and DMT.Wrongly timing will cause inter-symbol interference and inter-carrier interference.This paper discussed the FPGA implementation of symbol synchronization based on training sequence in wired-system and improved the peak searching algorithm of symbol synchronization.According to actual problems encountered in FPGA debugging,period detection,time limited period detection and time limited period offset detection were proposed and implemented on the Spartan3 platform of Xilinx's FPGA chip.In twisted pair line,it had been proved that the new algorithm improved the accuracy and robustness of symbol synchronization.
