基于可调PCF-LPG结构的压力传感器
Pressure Sensor Based on Tunable PCF-LPG Structure
设计并加工了一种基于可调长周期光纤光栅(LPG)的压力传感器,压力敏感光纤分别采用了普通单模光纤(SMF)和光子晶体光纤(PCF)。采用普通单模光纤的传感器性能较好,工作范围内灵敏度可达3.8251 dBm/kg,线性度可达0.9956。采用PCF的实验中未产生光栅效应,对该现象分析了原因并制订了改换更合适类型PCF的方案。本文研制的传感器结构简单,可调性强,在建筑、航天、医学等领域有较大应用潜力。
tunable long period fiber grating (LPG) pressure sensor is designed and fabricated; the conventional single mode fiber (SMF) and photonic crystal fiber (PCF) have been used as the sensor fibers. The SMF sensor has great performance. During the operating range, the sensitivity is 3.8251 dBm/kg and the linearity degree of the pressure-transmission peak attenuation curve can be as high as 0.9956. However, the transmission peak of LPG has not been observed when using PCF due to some factors in the used PCF itself. The improvement for the PCF sensor is provided. The sensor in this paper has simple and tunable structure. It has great application potential in such areas as architecture, aerospace and biomedicine.
