基于移动终端的用户体验质量评价综述
Survey on evaluation of quality of experience based on the mobile terminal
电信行业近年来快速发展,用户可以便捷的使用各种业务,运营商同质化竞争严重,业务的用户体验质量成为决定运营商能够成功的关键因素。因此,用户体验质量成为学术界重要的研究课题,也是运营商的重要关注点。本文主要综述了以往基于移动终端的用户体验的评价方法的工作,介绍该领域的研究现状和进展,并对其优缺点进行了分析,最后对未来的研究方向进行展望。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the telecommunication industry, the user can use the variety of convenient services, and operators homogenized compete seriously. The quality of experience is a key factor in determining business operators to succeed.Therefore, the quality of experience becomes an important research topic, but also major concern of operator.This article mainly reviews the past evaluation method based on mobile terminal user experience, introduce the status and progress in the field, and analyses their advantages and disadvantages, and finally, the paper points out the future research direction.
