高煤级煤层气采收率预测方法及排采工艺优化研究

以晋城矿区潘庄区块的高煤级储层煤层气为研究对象,通过收集研究其基本地质资料、开发模式及煤层气井排采数据,分析煤层气采收率的影响因素。并利用等温吸附曲线和数值模拟的方法来预测研究区内的煤层气井产气量和采收率,最后利用数值模拟对该研究区内煤层气井进行排采工艺的优化。结果表明,通过两种方法预测出研究区的采收率范围为49.24%~51.8%;排采工艺优化得出的最佳井距为300米。

his paper takes the high rank coal reservoir coalbed methane in Jincheng mining Panzhuang block as the object of study as well as analyzes on the influence factors of coalbed methane recovery, through collecting the basic geological data, developing model and CBM drainage rate data of the research plot and using the isothermal adsorption curves and numerical simulation method to predict the research plot of CBM gas production rate and recover rate. Through two kind of methods to predict recovery of the research plot that is in the range of 49.24%~ 51.8%. Through the drainage process optimization results the optimum well spacing is 300meters.
