he paper outlined the signal phase measurement technology and using a digital signal processor as processing platforms, and achieve a DSP-based signal phase comparison algorithm. According to DSP feature papers design circuits in the data acquisition and data communication for low-frequency signals; to discuss the characteristics of the relevant measurement signal analysis algorithms phase data processing, and design the appropriate filter.
