小龙潭褐煤热压脱水工艺研究

为寻求云南小龙潭褐煤热压脱水适宜的工艺条件,通过正交试验法,测定在不同的褐煤温度,成型压力,保压时间和褐煤粒度比下褐煤的脱水率,试验结果表明,在褐煤温度为220℃,成型压力6MPa,保压时间40min,粒度比为 0:10时,褐煤的最大脱水率为57.82%,发热量提高80.57%,硫分略有下降,水分吸收率平均降低8%左右。对于云南小龙潭褐煤更好的加工利用具有一定的现实意义。

In order to search for the suitable conditions of heat pressing, dewatering process of YunnanXiaolongtan lignite, through the orthogonal test, with the diffient lignite temperature, molding pressure, dwell time and lignite partical size, to measure the dewatering rate, the test result showed that when the lignite temperature was 220℃, the molding pressure was 6MPa, the dwell time was 40min, the partical size was 0:10, the max dewatering rat would be 57.82%, at the same time, the heat increased 80.57%, the sulfur was a slight reduction and the water absorption rat decrease approximately 8%. there will be a certain practical significance for better processing and utilization of Yunnan Xiaolongtan lignite.
