激光法合成纳米金刚石的初步研究
Nanometer-sized Diamond Synthesized by Pulsed Laser
石墨粉和碳黑在空气中与脉冲激光相互作用后,将提纯后的产物进行显微激光拉曼光谱分析,发现在1332cm-1附近出现了宽化且偏移的金刚石特征峰,表明产物中含纳米金刚石颗粒,并且这种颗粒中具有大量的晶体缺陷和内应力。试验还表明,在脉冲激光作用下,部分碳黑转化成为石墨结构。
Graphite powder and carbon black were irradiated by pulsed laser in atmosphere and the collected product was enriched by boiling in hydrochloric acid. The analysis on the Raman data suggests that diamond particles be synthesized and the particles size be about 5 nm. There are high defect density and internal stress in the synthetic diamond, and part of carbon black transformed into graphite during the processing.
