有机合成制药废水的生物毒性及环境健康安全预警

用XZEH合成制药废水0.2ml/d(COD=13220 mg/L)灌胃雄性小鼠染毒35d,检测发现血清谷丙转氨酶和乳酸脱氢酶水平降低,尿酸水平上升,精原细胞百分率下降,精子畸形率上升。废水中6种有机污染物对小鼠的综合毒效应剂量为52.25mg/Kg/d,是最高允许值的22倍;对斜生栅藻生长的安全浓度为0.279mg/L,是最高允许综合浓度报道值的1/866。有关的规定或标准不足以保证该废水的生态系统安全性。

Intragastric perfusion of male mice (Mus musculus, KM) with 0.2ml/d of XZEH pharmaceutical wastewater for 35d, the levels of ALT and LDH decreased and that of URIC increased in the mice serum obviously. Meanwhile the rate of spermatogonia decreased and that of the deformity sperm increased. There were six organic pollutants in the wastewater. Their joint dose was 52.25 mg/Kg/d being 22fold of the maximum allowable dose value only. The safety concentration of the six organic pollutants totally for Scenedesmus obiliauus was 0.279mg/L, which was 1/866 of the maximum allowable concentration. The data suggested that the maximum allowable concentration of the six kinds of organic pollutants in the wastewater reported could not ensure ecosystem security and environmental health enough.
