本文以三星和LG两家企业为研究样本，对其在全球的专利申请数据进行了申请数量、分布格局、申请相似度和作用机制四个方面的实证分析，进而对两家企业的专利申请战略进行深入剖析，为同样作为后发国家的中国以及中国企业识别当前国际专利分布格局，应对跨国公司的专利竞争，制定专利战略提供建议。
he paper makes an empirical analysis of the quantity, layout, similarity and functional mechanism of patent application around the world based on SAMSUNG and LG. It then makes a deep analysis of the strategy for their patent application and offers suggestions for the current international layout of patent of Chinese enterprises and dealing with the fierce competition in patent application and strategic planning.
