依据对一株产植酸酶酵母Candida Krusei WZ-4的研究数据,利用Visual Basic程序语言、Flash、Photoshop、Access等工具软件，开发出了植酸酶酵母发酵模拟仿真实验的软件，用作实验辅助教学软件取得良好效果
fermentation simulation software of phytase-producing yeast fermentation was developed according to the study data of a phytas-producing yeast Candida Krusei WZ-4 by Visual Basic, Flash, Photoshop and Access. Good result was got by using this software as assist tool for experimental teach.
