城市公交服务乘客满意度指数模型的探索研究

城市公共交通作为基础的公共服务领域之一,其发展程度直接反映了城市的出行条件和整体发展水平。为了提高公交服务水平,国内外学者都从乘客角度入手,对公交领域进行了理论和实证性研究。本文提出公交服务乘客满意度指数模型,该模型借鉴了美国公共部门顾客满意度指数模型的核心概念,根据我国公交行业的特点进行改进,并进行了实证研究。笔者以沈阳市各公交车线路为测量对象,进行中国公交顾客满意度指数模型的探索性研究,选取25条公交线路的乘客进行随车调查,并应用结构方程模型方法对调查数据进行分析,由此初步建立了由乘客期望、感知质量、乘客满意、乘客忠诚等结构变量构成的城市公交服务乘客满意度指数模型。分析和验证结果显示,实际调查数据与理论模型拟合较好,说明乘客满意度指数模型的建立较为成功,并可以应用到公交领域。
Public bus transportation of a city is one of the most important public service fields which will be the direct reflection of a city’s bus-taking conditions and whole development level. In order to improve service quality of public transportation, both domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of theoretical and practical research on public traffic field from passengers’ point. In this paper, a public-bus passenger satisfaction index model was put forward, among which the core conception of American public sectors customer satisfaction index model was used as reference. Besides, in accordance with public traffic vocation’s concrete characters, some changes were made to be suitable for conducting practical study in China. The author chose 25 bus lines as study objects in Shenyang and surveyed passengers randomly within buses. And then the author analyzed the collected data by using structural equation model, based on which, public bus passenger satisfaction index model was built initially that contains passenger expectation, perceived quality, passenger satisfaction, passenger loyalty and so on. The outcome of analyzing and validating shows the fitness between data and theoretical model is good, which prove the model’s construction to be successful and also can be used in public traffic field.
