当前Pt100温度传感器在许多测温电路电路设计中测量效率低下,为了提高Pt100温度传感器测温的准确性,本文介绍了一种新的具有高精度测温的电路设计方案。硬件电路中首先在Pt100温度传感器的两端设计了两路恒流源,使电路的电流恒定,不易受到电路中电流波动的干扰;然后设计了二级放大电路,对Pt100采集到的信号进行放大,又在每一级放大电路中加入了恒压源,为电路提供稳定的参考电压。在软件设计中,首先通过A/D转换得到数字信号,然后使用防脉冲干扰平均滤波法,以滤掉产生的干扰信号,最后通过二分查找法计算得到所对应的温度值,并显示出来。

Now,the Pt100 temperature sensor for measuring efficiency is low in many temperature measurement circuit design. In order to improve the accuracy of Pt100 temperature sensor temperature measurement, The article introduces a new high precision temperature measurement circuit design. At first ,the hardware circuit add two constant current source at the both ends of Pt100 temperature sensor,in order to make the current circuit constant,it is not easy to be disturbed by fluctuation of current.Then design the two stage amplifier circuit,amplifying the signals acquired by Pt100, added in the constant voltage source in every stage of amplification circuit, provide a stable reference voltage for the circuit. In the software design, firstly ,get the digital signal through the A/D conversion, then use the average filtering method to filter out the interference signal ;at last ,obtain the corresponding temperature value through the binary search method and display the temperature.?????
