Fault diagnosis method of CNC machine tool based on ontology
针对常用的故障诊断方法不适合关联的、复杂的数控机床机械故障诊断的问题,提出一种基于本体的故障诊断方法。首先,分析了数控机床故障产生的机制和基于本体的知识表示方式的优点,给出了基于本体的故障诊断方法的原理。其次,形式化定义了故障诊断领域本体,以滚齿机为例,结合滚齿机的故障诊断知识,利用Protégé工具建立了基于本体的知识库;给出了基于本体的故障诊断流程。最后,将该方法用于国内某机床厂的滚齿机故障诊断,结果表明,该方法能快速反应、准确定位到故障。
fault diagnosis method based on ontology is put forward in order to solve the problem which common fault diagnosis methods are not suitable for the diagnosis of associative and complex CNC machine tools machinery fault . First, the failure mechanism of the NC machine tool and the advantages of common knowledge are analyzed and the principle of fault diagnosis method based on ontology is proposed. Second, the ontology of fault diagnosis is formally determined. Taking the hobbing machines for example, the knowledge base based on ontology, which combines with the fault diagnosis knowledge of the hobbing machines is established with Protégé. Finally, this method is applied for fault diagnosis of hobbing machine in a machine tool plant. The result shows that the method is rapid response and accurate positioning to failure.
