江苏省科技投入与产学研合作的动态关系——基于VAR模型的实证分析

本文根据江苏省1998-2007年的宏观经济数据，通过建立VAR模型实证分析了江苏省产学研合作与上级拨款、金融机构贷款以及研究与发展资金投入的动态关系。研究发现江苏省的产学研合作状况与上级拨款、金融机构贷款、研究与发展资金投入有较强的正相关关系，尽管各自的增长是非平稳的，但是他们之间存在着一个长期稳定的均衡关系。其次，江苏省的产学研合作状况与上级拨款、金融机构贷款之间具有单向的因果关系，但是产学研合作状况与研究与发展资金投入之间没有因果关系。
he article analyses the relationship between the level of Industry-University-Research cooperation and goverment investment, the loans of financial institutions,R&D input according to the data of Jiangsu province between 1998 and 2007 using VAR model. The empirical result denotes that the level of Industry-University-Research cooperation and goverment investment, the loans of financial institutions,R&D input have a significate positive correlativity and a steady equilibrium relationship in the long run,although they are nonstationary alone.What’s more, goverment investment and the loans of financial institutions Granger cause of Industry-University-Research cooperation,while R&D input does not.
