Research on Characteristics of self-compacting concrete flexure tensile strain with long age

通过弯拉试验方法,对比研究C35与C50自密实混凝土(SCC)及同强度等级的普通振捣混凝土(NVC)3~560 d各龄期的弯拉初裂拉应变,建立了弯拉初裂拉应变随龄期发展的计算式,并从中分析得到弯拉初裂拉应变极限值及其特征龄期;利用试验数据,分析弯拉初裂拉应变与弯拉强度(抗压强度)和静力受压弹性模量比值的关系。研究结果表明,SCC与相应NVC弯拉初裂拉应变随龄期的发展规律相似,两者均随龄期成负指数增长;SCC与NVC弯拉初裂拉应变同弯拉强度(抗压强度)与静力受压弹性模量比值的比例系数均趋于定值。

Flexure tensile cracking strain (FTCS) was investigated by adopting flexure tensile test at 3d-560d. The testing mixes involved C35-C50 self-compacting concrete (SCC) and normal vibration concrete (NVC). Equation of FTCS with age was established, and limit value of FTCS and relevant characteristic age were attained through the equation. Basing on test data, relation between FTCS and ratio of flexure tensile strength (compressive strength) and elastic modulus was studied. The investigation shows that development law of SCC FTCS with age is similar to NVC’s, both submit to negative exponent. Proportional coefficient of FTCS and flexure tensile strength or compressive strength to elastic modulus ratio for SCC and NVC both tend to fixed value.
