构建推进社会主义新农村建设的财政保障机制

he establishment of new country of socialism requires an adaptive financial system to serve as the guarantee. With this purpose, this paper analyzes the possible conflict between the orientation of financial system in 1994 and the object of new country establishment, evaluates the positive effect of financial policy arrangement on the mitigation of country contradictions and the enhancement of country financial guarantee. Finally this paper presents the thought on establishing the long-term mechanism for financial guarantee according to the establishment requirement of new country.
