燃料电池内阻测试用程控高频交流电流源设计与研究

esign and Implementation of Program-controlled High Frequency AC Current Source for Fuel Cells Impedance Monitoring

根据燃料电池内阻测试特点设计了由微控制器电路、正弦波信号发生电路、程控增益放大电路、功率放大和保护电路以及CAN通信接口电路组成的程控交流电流源。结合PID控制算法,克服了传统交流电流源输出频带窄、精度低、电流小的缺点。通过对燃料电池内阻的实际测量,表明该电流源不仅输出频带宽,幅值精度高,而且运行稳定。

ccording to the characteristics of the testing methods of fuel cells impedance,the programmable AC current source was designed which was consist on the micro-controller, sine wave signal circuits, programmable gain amplifier circuits, power amplifier and protection circuits, and CAN communication interface circuits.The programmable AC current source combined with PID control algorithm to overcome shortcomings of the traditionalAC current source, such as narrow-band output, low precision and small current. The results of the testing of actual fuel cells impedance indicated that the current source is good at the characteristics of output frequency band, amplitude accuracy and stability.
