核酸分子探针因其检测水平的高效、快速、准确的特点，已经在生物学及环境监测等各领域得到广泛应用。本文介绍了核酸分子探针性质和基本原理，并阐述了不同类型的核酸探针在环境微生物检测中的相关应用。
Because of their accuracy and high-efficiency, the Nucleic Acid Probes are now widely used in biological and environmental research fields. In this review, we discuss the properties and principles of Nucleic Acid Probes, and illustrate the application of the molecular probes in environmental monitoring, such as microorganism investigation.
