添加剂对燃煤电石渣固硫作用的研究

本文研究了在1000℃的条件下的电石渣的燃煤固硫,并探讨了Fe2O3,SiO2,Na2CO3,Al2O3对固硫率的影响。通过对添加剂的单组分添加,发现四种添加剂对电石渣固硫能力都有不同程度的提高,且通过正交试验可以发现,四种添加剂对固硫率的影响作用是不一样的,Fe2O3>SiO2>Na2CO3>Al2O3,当取A1B3D3C3时固硫率达到最大79.76﹪。

In this paper, it studies the carbide slag coal desulfurization at 1000℃ and discusses the impact of desulfurization rate by Fe2O3, SiO2, Na2CO3, Al2O3 . It has found that four kinds of additives can all increase the desulfurization capacity of calcium carbide in varying degrees through a single-component additive to be added. Also it can be found that four kinds of additives on influence of desulfurization rate are not the same trough the orthogonal test, Fe2O3>SiO2>Na2CO3>Al2O3, the maximum desulfurization rate is 79.76% when at A1B3D3C3.
