气囊除冰脱冰原理分析

气动除冰技术具有质量轻、耗能小、工作稳定等优点,在飞机除冰领域已有广泛运用,在风力机除冰领域也有巨大应用潜力,但目前暂无相关研究。气囊膨胀过程中纵向加速度和横向位移是两个非常重要的参量。本文通过试验获得了气囊纵向加速度和横向位移随充气压力和气囊宽度的变化规律以及在气囊表面的分布规律。结合不同压力下的脱冰过程得到气囊除冰脱冰机理。得到结论:剪切力是气动除冰过程中破坏冰与气囊之间连接的主要原因,气囊加速度克服冰剥离后剩余粘接力和分子力后才能使冰脱落。

Pneumatic deicing technology has the advantages of light weight, low energy consumption and stable operation. It has been widely used in the field of aircraft deicing and has great potential in the field of wind turbine deicing, but there is no relevant research at present. Longitudinal acceleration and lateral displacement are two very important parameters in the process of airbag expansion. In this paper, the change law of the longitudinal acceleration and lateral displacement of the airbag with the inflation pressure and the width of the airbag and the distribution law on the surface of the airbag are obtained through experiments. Combined with the deicing process under different pressures, the deicing mechanism of air bag is obtained. It is concluded that the shear force is the main reason to destroy the connection between the ice and the air bag in the process of pneumatic deicing, and the acceleration of the air bag can make the ice fall off only after overcoming the residual adhesive force and molecular force.
