本文分析建立了人体-座椅的五自由度运动的物理模型以及磁流变阻尼器的修正Bouc-Wen模型,基于以上模型提出了车辆磁流变座椅的功率键合图模型,在20-Sim中给出了键合图模型的具体实现。基于此键图模型设计了PID控制算法,仿真表明该键图模型能够较准确描述整个系统的动态特性,该模型对人体座椅的半主动控制研究具有参考作用。

human body-seat 5-DOF physical model and a modified Bouc-Wen model of magnetorheological damper are discussed and established in this paper. Based on these two models, a power bond-graph model is further presented for the vehicle magnetorheological seat. This model is completed with 20-Sim software. A PID control algorithm is designed based this bond graph model. Simulation showed that this model can present an accurate description to the dynamic characteristics of the whole system. This model can present a valued reference for the semi-active control of human body-seat.
