我国三级中医医院信息化人才队伍现状分析与思考

目的:了解和掌握我国三级中医医院信息化人才队伍建设,分析中医医院信息化人力资源建设存在的主要问题,提出发展中医医院信息化人才的措施。方法:通过信息系统在线开展2019年中医医院信息化建设情况调查,收集487家三级中医医院有效数据,其中东部地区225家、中部地区126家、西部地区136家医院,对收集数据进行描述统计分析。结果:我国三级中医医院信息人员结构不够合理,高素质人才缺乏,培养力度待提升,科研创新力有待增强。结论:人才队伍是医院信息化建设的重要保障,医院应重视信息管理部门建设,明确其所属和主要职责,优化专业人才配置,加强继续教育和人员培训,创造环境促进科研创新。

Objective: To understand and master the construction of three-level informationized talents in Chinese medicine hospitals, analyze the main problems existing in the construction of informationized human resources in Chinese medicine hospitals, and put forward the measures for the development of informationized talents in Chinese medicine hospitals. Methods: An online survey on the informatization construction of TCM hospitals in 2019 was carried out through the information system. Effective data were collected from 487 third-level TCM hospitals, including 225 in the eastern region, 126 in the central region and 136 in the western region, and the collected data were analyzed and described. Results: The structure of information personnel in the tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in China is not reasonable, and there is a shortage of high-quality talents. Conclusion: The personnel team is an important guarantee for the construction of hospital informatization. The hospital should attach importance to the construction of information management department, define its subordinate and main responsibilities, optimize the allocation of professional talents, strengthen continuing education and personnel training, and create an environment to promote scientific research and innovation.
