基于平移不变小波的原子力图像去噪算法研究

通过研究AFM图像的噪声特性,得到了AFM图像噪声是非均匀高斯分布的结论。在此基础上,根据图像噪声在尺度间的不同传播特性以及在同一尺度内的方向性,设计出一种多尺度关联的阈值估计策略,提出了一种基于平移不变小波的图像去噪算法。将算法应用于Lena和AFM图像去噪,实验结果表明,该算法能够自适应地选取阈值,并且去噪效果优于已有的方法。
In this paper, we analyze the noise characteristics of images obtained from the AFM, and it shows the noise in each image to have a non-uniform Gaussian distribution. According to the difference of image noise propagation in each subband, a novel multiscale adaptive thresholding based on translation invariant(TI) wavelet transform has been proposed. And we also give the general framework for image denosing based on TI wavelet transform. Experiments show that the proposed method can choose the threshold adaptively. Its efficiency is shown by comparison with the classical Bayesian and the Visulthrink based methods for Lena and AFM image denoising.
