Nonlinear Predictive Model Based On Artificial Neural Network
本文分析了建立系统非线性预测模型的实际意义,比较了几种常用的非线性预测模型的优缺点。在非线性自回归滑动平均模型(NARMAX模型)的基础上,结合多层前向感知机网络强大的函数逼近能力和成熟的学习算法,提出了一种基于人工神经网络的非线性预测模型。仿真结果表明,本文提出的基于人工神经网络的非线性预测模型能够较好地预测非线性系统的输出信息。
his paper indicated the practical significance, and analysed the advantages and disadvantages of some nonlinear predictive models. This paper proposed a nonlinear predictive model based on artificial neural network throughout consulting NARMAX model and using the function approximation capability of the multilayer perceptron network. Simulation experiment indicated that the nonlinear predictive model proposed in this paper can excellently predict the output of the nonlinear system.
