1,3-二甲基咪唑磷酸二甲酯盐([MMIM]DMP)是一种有着良好应用前景的廉价离子液体,[MMIM]DMP与水、甲醇等常用溶剂组成的二元或多元体系的气液平衡数据和计算模型是实际应用中迫切需要的,对于分离过程和吸收式制冷应用尤为重要。本文通过实验测定了摩尔分数约为0.40~0.45的[MMIM]DMP甲醇溶液在30℃~90℃温度范围内的饱和蒸气压,并采用非电解质溶液NRTL方程对实验数据进行了关联,关联误差为0.0159,远小于2%;结合现有文献报道的低浓度溶液的气液平衡数据及计算模型进行分析,发现低浓度、中高浓度离子液体含量对[MMIM]DMP/甲醇溶液饱和蒸气压的影响规律相近,但略有差异,均适用NRTL模型进行关联预测,但参数无法统一;浓度一定的[MMIM]DMP/甲醇溶液饱和蒸气压与温度的对应关系类似于纯溶剂,符合Antoine方程的形式;从气液平衡的角度来看,[MMIM]DMP-甲醇体系作为工质对应用于吸收式制冷系统是可行的。

1-methyl-3-methylimidazolium dimethyl phosphate([MMIM]DMP)is one low-cost ionic liquid with a good prospect of application, the vapor-liquid equilibrium data and prediction model of binary system or ternary systems composed of [MMIM]DMP and methanol, water or other common solvents are urgently needed in the practical applications, especially in separation process. This paper measured the saturated vapor pressure of solution composed of [MMIM]DMP and methanol with the temperature ranging from 30℃ to 90℃ and the molarity of [MMIM]DMP ranging from 0.40 to 0.45, furthermore the vapor pressure data were correlated by NRTL model for nonelectrolyte solution with the average relative deviation of 0.0159 and less than 2%; vapor-liquid equilibrium data and calculation model of weak solutions reported in the existing literatures were analyzed, it is found that the impact of the law to low IL content in [MMIM]DMP/methanol solutions is similar to middle or high IL content, but not agree well with each other. Moreover, they all can be well corrected and forecasted by NRTL model, but no universal parameters. The relationship of saturated vapor pressure and temperature in a certain concentration [MMIM]DMP/methanol solution is similar to pure solvent, in line with the Antoine equation. From the view of vapor-liquid equilibrium, [MMIM]DMP/methanol as working pair to be used in the absorption refrigeration system is possible.
