Effects of Plant Growth Regulators(PGRs) on carbon metabolism related indicators in soybean leaves ,and yield in soybean

在大田栽培条件下,以垦农4号为材料,于始粒期(R5期)叶面喷施植物生长调节剂6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和脱落酸(ABA),比较叶片中总糖、可溶性糖、淀粉、蔗糖含量和转化酶活性关变化,及对产量品质的影响。结果表明:6-BA、ABA两处理在喷药后期均提高了叶片中总糖含量,喷药前期和后期均提高了可溶性糖含量,全部取样期内均提高了淀粉和蔗糖含量及转化酶活性,其中ABA对叶片淀粉含量调控效果更佳,6-BA极显著提高了大豆产量。综合分析表明,R5期叶面喷施植物生长调节剂6-BA、ABA调控了大豆叶片中糖分含量和转化酶活性,改善了大豆叶片中碳代谢相关生理指标,并提高了大豆产量。

In the present study, taking a soybean(Glycine max)cultivar Kennong4' as the material,it studied spraying 6-Benzylaminopurine(6-BA) and Abscsic acid(ABA) how to influence soybean Carbon Metabolism relevant indicators through comparing the content of totle sugar, solible saccharides, sucrose,starch and sucroseand invertase activity in leaves. The results showed: after spraying, 6-BA and ABA improved the contents of totle sugar at the later period after sparying, the conent of sucrose at the ealier and later period after sparying, and enhance solible saccharides and starch content and invertase activity on all periods after sparying,in addition the effect of ABA is better than ABA on starch, 6-BA improved the yield of soybean extmely. It indicated through analyzing: at the time of R5 6-BA and ABA can improve the content of sugar and the activity of invertase, and Nitrogen Metabolism related indicators in Soybean leaves, and it also improved the yield extremely.
