单侧磁作用压电旋转驱动器研究

Research on Piezoelectric Rotated Actuator under Unilateral Magnetic Effect

针对惯性压电驱动器常采用非对称信号驱动,驱动电路复杂的现状,提出一种利用夹持差套筒,采用对称信号驱动,并耦合质量块与永磁体磁力作用的单侧磁作用压电旋转驱动器。建立了作为驱动器主体的具有夹持差的驱动臂数学模型,推导了驱动臂在对称激励信号下往复振动产生的惯性力的大小。分析了磁耦合下的驱动器运动过程。组建了单侧磁作用压电旋转驱动器的测试系统,对驱动器在正弦及方波作用下的转速和位移响应进行测试。结果表明:单侧磁作用驱动器在正弦及方波激励下能实现稳定运动,工作频率带宽1Hz-18Hz,在40V、12Hz方波激励下样机的峰值转速为20.634mrad/s.

he inertial piezoelectric actuator is mainly driven by the asymmetrical signal but with complex circuit.On the basis of cantilever with clamping difference and the magnetic effect between mass block and permanent magnets,the pezoelectric rotated actuator driven by symmetrical signal was proposed.The mathematica model of actuating arm with clamping difference was constructed.The inertial force of actuating arm driven by symmetrical signal was deduced.The movement principle of the actuator coupling the magnetic effect was analyzed .The rotation velocity and displacement response under square wave and sine wave was tested.The results show that the pezoelectric rotated actuator realizes stable movement and the working frequency bandwidth is 1Hz-18Hz.When the voltage is 40 V and the frequency is 12 Hz square wave,the rotation velocity is up to 20.634mrad/s.
