基于菲克第二扩散定律和硫酸盐侵蚀混凝土的损伤演化机理,建立新型的考虑侵蚀损伤演化的非线性扩散模型。将损伤和水化影响作为等效孔隙度引入到有效扩散系数中,损伤函数是关于材料初始孔隙度、侵蚀时间和外界硫酸盐溶液浓度的函数,可以由圆柱形试样的超声波实验结果进行参数曲线和曲面拟合得到。最后对该偏微分方程进行数值求解,得到在混凝土中SO42-浓度分布规律,并对比分析了损伤模型和未考虑损伤模型的数值结果。数值结果表明:硫酸盐侵蚀损伤演化、外界溶液浓度和材料初始孔隙度对硫酸根离子的扩散有很大影响。

Based on Fick's second law and the mechanism of damage evolution caused by sulfate attack, a new nonlinear diffusion model considering the damage evolution is proposed. Moreover, damage evolution and hydration are introduced into diffusion coefficient, and a sulfate ionic consumption item due to chemical reaction will be put into Fick's equation. The damage evolution is a function related to the initial porosity of sample and erosion time, as well as the concentration of sulfate solution, and it can be obtained from the ultrasonic experiment. This differential diffusion equation is then solved by numerical method. The numerical result shows that initial porosity and erosion damage, as well as the sulfate concentration can significantly affect the diffusion of sulfate ions in concrete.
