过山车轨道虚拟建模研究
Method of Dynamic Simulation Modeling for Roller Coaster
本文针对传统的过山车设计过程中,需要手工计算出过山车运行过程中的运动学和动力学参数的不足,研究了基于虚拟仿真技术的过山车动态仿真分析方法。利用Pro/E中的混合扫描功能和ADAMS中的样条曲线建立了过山车三维轨道模型,解决了过山车虚拟样机仿真中的关键技术,并指出了在建立轨道样条曲线时,选取的点数对过山车的运动和受力特性的影响。这些结果为改进过山车的设计,提高过山车的安全性能提供了依据。
In order to deal with the need to calculate the dynamics and kinetics parameters manually during the traditional designing process of roller coasters, the dynamic simulation method of roller coaster based on virtual simulation technology is studied in this paper. With the utilization of blend sweep function in Pro/E and ADAMS spline technology, the 3D track model of roller coaster is established, as well as the settlement of the crucial technology in virtual prototyping simulation of roller coaster. The influences of points selection to the movement and forces analysis of roller coasters during the construction of track spline is also mentioned in this paper. The results provide a basis to the improvement of design and safety of roller coasters.
