脑缺血再灌注损伤治疗的研究进展
Progress on treating cerebrovascular ischemia reperfusion injury
缺血性脑血管是现代社会致死致残的最主要疾病之一，其治疗原则及时恢复缺血区的血液再灌注，而随之而来的再灌注损伤又成为一大难题。笔者对近年来脑缺血再灌注损伤的治疗研究综述如下。
he ischemic cerebrovascular disease is one of leading causes of death and long-time disability in modern society. Its treating principle is to recover blood reperfusion of ischemic tissue in time. But the injury following reperfusion becomes another difficulty. The research on treating ischemia reperfusion injury of recent years has been summarized in this article.
