五阳煤矿7606工作面顶板“两带”高度预测研究
Study on two zone height prediction in 7606 working face in WuYang coal mine
在详细分析五阳煤矿水文地质条件和采掘资料的基础上,结合五阳煤矿7606工作面3煤层顶底板岩性组合及结构特点,建立了综合反映3煤层顶板岩层组合的地质模型,遴选了符合地质模型的岩石力学参数,应用FLAC3D数值模拟软件采用分步开挖的方式对7606工作面3煤层顶板"两带"发育高度进行数值模拟。通过分析工作面推进过程中3煤层顶板应力变化及塑性区分布特征,验证数值模拟结果的合理性,并结合类比法综合分析得到7606工作面顶板导水裂隙带发育高度约为45m~86.83m,垮落带发育高度约为11.25m~21.71m,为五阳煤矿3煤层安全开采及顶板水害防治提供了合理依据。
Based on the detailed analysis of the hydrogeological conditions and mining data in Wuyang coal mine , and combined with lithologic composition and structural characteristics of 3 coal seam 's roof and floor in 7606 working face, This paper set up a geological model which comprehensively reflected the strata combination of 3 coal seam roof. Choosing rock mechanics parameters which were up to the geological model, The article made numerical simulation for the two zones height of 3 coal seam roof in 7606 working face with the method of step-by-step excavation by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software. By the means of analyzing stress variation and distribution characteristics of the plastic zone of 3 coal seam roof in the process of working face advancing, to verify the rationality of the results of numerical simulation, this paper obtained two data that the water fractured zone height of 7606 working face roof was about 45 m to 86.83 m and the caving zone height was about 11.25 m to 21.71 m. The data which acquired above provided a reasonable basis for safe-mining of 3 coal seam and prevention and control of roof water disasters in Wuyang coal mine .
