3σ准则在电能质量的小波消噪中的应用

本文根据高斯白噪声的正态分布特点,提出了一种基于小波变换的改进的 —rule降噪算法,应用到电力系统去噪中。相比较其他的去噪方法,譬如固定阈值法,极大极小值法,无偏估计法,启发式阈值选择法等。这种方法能够很好的保留电能质量的局部特征信号,同时可以有效的去除白噪声。

In this paper, On the base of normal distribution characteristic of Daussian white noise,An impoved wavelet denoising algorithm is proposed on the basis of the 3σ-rule.Compared with other method, such as Squwolog method, MINMAX(MINImal and MAXimal value), SURE(Stein’s unbiased risk estimate) and HYBRID. This method can well reserves the local characteristic of Power Quality signal while effectively reducing the white noise.
