淋巴细胞在同种异体移植的急性排斥反应中起重要作用,其活化需要双信号刺激,OX40/OX40L途径就是其中一个重要的共刺激信号。OX40(CD134)及其配体OX40L(CD252)都是肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)受体和肿瘤坏死因子超家族的成员,在活化的CD4+T 细胞和CD8+T 细胞以及其他一些淋巴和非淋巴细胞中表达,OX40 与OX40L 结合后为抗原识别过程提供第二信号,在促进CD4+T细胞增殖、抑制调节性T 细胞功能和记忆性T 细胞产生的过程中发挥着重要作用,在移植免疫中的作用也受到进一步的研究。??

lymphocytes play an important role,in acute allograft rejectionn and its activation requires two stimuli, OX40 / OX40L pathway is an important co-stimulatory signals.OX40 and the ligand of OX40(OX40L) were important menmbers of tumor necrosis factorfamily. OX40 was expressed predominately on activated CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells. While OX40L was expressed predominately on dectritic cell and B-lymphocytes. The interactions of OX40 and OX40L delivered the co-stimulatory signal which played a key role in sustaining primary CD4+T-lymphocyte responses, increased the number of cells entering the memory cell pool and was involved in the reactivation of Th2 memory cells. The Role of OX40/OX40L in transplantation immunity has also been further study.
